What Our Clients Say

I joined Rupali’s group workouts over a year and a half ago.  Her creativity is impressive.  During the year and a half, no two sessions have been the same.  Every class has had different exercises or a different focus, all geared towards improving the motor and cognitive abilities of the participants.  She looks at the details, such as correcting an individual’s form during an exercise, as well as the big picture, explaining how combining cognitive and physical exercises stimulates the brain.  She emphasizes pushing yourself during the workouts.  At the end of a workout she often asks each participant to rate their level of exertion.

I have been able to do a much wider range of exercises, and have a more vigorous workout, with Rupali and the others in the workout sessions than I was doing on my own.  I strongly recommend Rupali’s group workout sessions.
