Parkinson’s Physical Therapy

For: People living with Parkinson’s disease, tremors, or slowed movement.

What We Do:
Our Parkinson’s-focused program uses PWR!Moves™ and evidence-based neuroplasticity techniques to improve coordination, posture, and walking stability. We help you maintain independence through targeted balance work, gait retraining, and functional mobility exercises.

Proactive Wellness Programs

For: Adults who want to stay strong, balanced, and active.

What We Do:
Our proactive wellness programs combine functional movement, strength training, and fall-prevention strategies to keep you mobile and confident. These sessions are perfect if you’ve finished rehab or simply want expert-guided workouts that protect your long-term health.

Vestibular Rehabilitation

For: Dizziness, vertigo, imbalance, and motion sensitivity.

What We Do:
We identify the source of your dizziness and create a customized plan that retrains your brain and body to move in sync again. Through gaze stabilization, habituation, and balance re-education, you’ll feel steadier, safer, and more confident every day.

Group Classes & Community Support

For: Anyone seeking motivation and connection during recovery.

What We Do:
We host small group classes that blend physical training with community encouragement — designed for people with Parkinson’. These classes help build strength, improve confidence, and keep progress consistent between therapy sessions.

Your Physical Therapy Questions Answered

What types of physical therapy services do you offer?

We specialize in neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation, including treatment for Parkinson’s disease, vertigo and dizziness, balance and fall prevention, and proactive wellness programs to help you stay strong and active. Each program is personalized to your symptoms, comfort level, and goals.

How do I know which therapy is right for me?

It starts with a detailed evaluation by Dr. Rupali Vyas, who identifies the root cause of your balance or movement issues. From there, we recommend the best program — whether that’s vestibular therapy, Parkinson’s-specific care, or a custom wellness plan. You’ll understand exactly what’s happening and why each step matters.

Is physical therapy covered by insurance?

Yes, we accept certain insurance plans and can verify your benefits before your first visit. We also offer private pay options and superbills for out-of-network reimbursement. I will walk you through your coverage so you know exactly what to expect — no surprises. We also accept Medicare.

How soon will I start feeling better?

Most patients notice progress within the first few sessions — sometimes even sooner for dizziness or balance-related symptoms. Recovery speed depends on the condition and consistency of your therapy, but every session moves you closer to stability and confidence.

Do you offer virtual or home-based sessions?

Yes! We provide telehealth appointments and guided virtual wellness programs for patients who prefer to stay home or live outside the immediate Sunnyvale area. You’ll receive expert instruction and progress tracking, just like in-person sessions.
